The Problem: A waste hauling company takes pride in ensuring the collection trucks are clean and presentable to their clients, you and I. Each day, every truck is washed to remove the days accumulation of road film, oil and grease, some fluids from the collection and landfill solids. The company needed a system that could remove the contaminants and purify the water to a level safe for discharge to the POTW. The system discharge is tested quarterly to meet discharge Regulation
The Answer: The ClearFlow CF-200 system was installed. The system is set up to automatically treat the waste water as it is being generated and pumped from an in ground separator tank in the wash rack area. The system was installed in its own treatment room next to the wash rack. A service program was initiated with the company that provides the required maintenance the systems need without using company personnel. The system has been providing a quality discharge and reliable operation.
Results: Consistent, repeatable results is provided by the CF-200. A rugged 304 stainless steel design will provide long lasting service. Ease of use, infinite variability processing allows the system to be most efficient in consumable use and time to treat. This fully automatic system provides the hauling company with the best available technology for a difficult waste stream.
